Opening hours
Our kitchen ist opened at the following times:
11.30 a.m. to 1.45 p.m. & 05.30 p.m. to 08.30 p.m.
In the afternoon we offer a selection of hot and cold dishes, as well as soups, strudels and desserts.
From 12th January 2026 our restaurant will be closed on Mondays and will have a buffet evening on Tuesdays!

Obertilliach
In summer its many protected houses, some of which are centuries old, radiate with colourful flowers. This settlement of 690 residents has earned itself the nickname the “wooden village” due to its many traditional farmsteads made using raw materials from the abundant local forests. It is, therefore, fitting that the only remaining night watchman in Austria completes his nightly rounds here at 1,450 metres above sea level
